Terms and Conditions

Gianella's Creations strives to make our customer experience as pleasant as possible and your 100% satisfaction is our ultimate goal. 

When your Creation arrives, we will give you 3 days to inspect it and let us know immediately if there are any problems.  

Once the product arrives, 7 days will be the maximum of days in which a return will be accepted.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your Creation, you may return it at buyer's expense for a refund within 3 days from the date you received your Creation. 

We maintain the right to reject a return if an item shows obvious signs of use or is damaged.
